Unifor SaskCouncil has established two scholarships worth $1,000.00 each to assist with costs of attending a post secondary institution.
The scholarships are awarded to son/daughters of Unifor Local 1-S or 2-S members in good standing. Students must be entering their first year of full-time post-secondary education (university, community college, technological institute, trade school, etc) in a public Canadian institution and must have graduated from high school in the current year.
These are entrance Scholarships only and are not renewable for students entering subsequent years of study.

Recipients of the 2018 $1000.00 Unifor SaskCouncil Scholarships
Son of Tom Swirski, Customer Service Technician in Estevan. Eric will be attending Carleton University working towards a 5 year degree in Aerospace Engineering.
Son of Tracy Gervais, Business Service Rep in Estevan. Jaiden will be attending the University of Regina and working towards a degree in Physical Therapy.
Recipients of the 2017 $1000.00 Unifor SaskCouncil Scholarships
Son of Michelle Ostrowski, Programmer Analyst in Prince Albert. Landon will be attending the Prince Albert Campus of the University of Saskatchewan and working towards a Registered Nursing Degree.
Daughter of Karleen Pinel, Sales Coordinator in Regina. Regan will be attending the University of Regina and working towards a Bachelor of Arts.
